Hello! My name is Jim Hammarstrom and I love guiding people along the journey of their business and their life goals. Over the last 30 years I think I've just about done it all! I've gone from a sales person to a CEO and nearly everything in between. I've had great successes, some failures, and lots of lessons along the way. I've managed nearly a hundred people in my career, and have a keen ability to really understand each individual and how to 'unstick' whatever issue is going on in their business and/or their life.

In my coaching career, I've been so fortunate to add value to many peoples lives and their businesses. I have a heart for encouragement, a drive for success, and I would be honored to work with you

I'm so grateful for my beautiful wife, Kristie and our 36 year marriage. We have 3 amazing married children and 4 (so far!) beautiful grandchildren. Kristie and I live in Roseville, CA and have a heart for Family, Faith, and Friends! We are both professional musicians and music is a large part of our daily life!  I also love to Golf, Fish, and watch my baseball team!
